What does an AI consultancy in Sri Lanka actually do?

How much does an AI consultancy cost in Sri Lanka?
Ours is on the page. An AI agent starts at US$1,225 a month for a junior role, with a one-off recruitment fee of US$9,500. A workflow mapping sprint is US$2,300. An embedded AI engineer is priced for three, six or twelve months on the hire-a-builder page. We do not quote by the hour.
Are you based in Colombo?
Yes. The company, Humanised Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., is registered in Sri Lanka and the team works from Colombo 5, with people in Muscat and Dubai. We take meetings in Colombo in person and everything else in your working hours.
What is the difference between an AI consultancy and an AI agency?
A consultancy tells you what to do; an agency does it. We do both, in that order: the mapping sprint is consulting, the agents and embedded engineers are the agency. Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?
Mostly small and mid-sized firms: accounting practices, clinics, retailers, software teams of twenty to fifty engineers. The agent salaries are set so a junior role pays for itself against one member of staff’s time. How quickly can an AI agent be live?
Inside 72 hours of the offer being signed, on your real work, with a person you name approving every output. The 30-day probation is measured, and if the approval rate is not where it should be, the agent is let go.
