For UAE firms · six founding places

A trainee who never leaves.

Hire an AI staff member for the work that wears your team down — chasing deadlines and unpaid invoices, answering every first enquiry, keeping your website current. Nothing reaches a client until someone you name taps Approve. Live in 72 hours. Paid less than what your admin really costs you.

Or interview a candidate first — the phone beside this is the actual job:

Everything on this page is a price or a policy — no invented performance claims. That’s a rule we publish.

A scripted walkthrough — nothing is generated live, nothing leaves this page. The correction is the part to try.

Why this works in a firm

You already train staff this way.

“Except this trainee remembers everything. Forever.”

Every good firm trains juniors the same way. The junior drafts, a senior marks it up, the junior learns why — and a few years later the senior stops checking. The whole profession runs on it.

This is that same apprenticeship, applied to an agent. It shows its work, your partner approves or corrects it with a reason, and the correction sticks — weighted by who gave it. You never write instructions for a computer, never maintain a manual, and never repeat on Monday what you explained on Friday.

And unlike the junior, it doesn’t handle one client at a time. The same care Ahmed taught it for Mr. Khalid is applied across the whole client book — at nine in the morning and nine at night.

Watch one week teach it forever → One piece of work, followed honestly — drafted, corrected, remembered, counted.

The roster

Four CVs are on your desk.

Four roles, one hiring process, one price. Tell us the work that wears your team down, and we’ll tell you which one to call in.

Ops & Finance

CV 1/4

Duties

  • Keeps every client’s VAT, corporate‑tax and licence date in view — and drafts the reminders
  • Chases and files the documents your juniors spend afternoons hunting down
  • Follows up unpaid invoices — politely, persistently, without your partners having to feel awkward about it

“Al Noor Trading’s VAT return is due Thursday and their bank statement is still missing — reminder drafted, waiting for your approval.”

Support & Sales

for clinics, shops & schools
CV 2/4

Duties

  • Takes every first conversation on WhatsApp and your website — day and night, in your voice
  • Knows the moment to suggest the next visit or the next order, and asks happy customers for the review and the referral
  • Anything above its authority goes straight to a named person

“You’re due for a cleaning around now — shall I hold Tuesday 5:30 with Dr. Rania? For the implant question, I’ll bring her in directly.”

— a typical reply, at nine at night, in your clinic’s voice

Web

for anyone with a website to keep alive
CV 3/4

  • Keeps you visible where customers now search, including the AI assistants they ask instead of Google
  • Writes what brings the right visitors, month after month — and reports monthly, in plain language

“Your new prices are live on all three pages. Next month I’d write about the corporate‑tax deadline — it’s what your visitors are searching for.”

— a typical note, from the monthly report

Product Lead

for software companies
CV 4/4

Duties

  • Keeps the list of what to build next honest and in order
  • Drafts the briefs and the release notes; your product owner signs them

“Eleven tickets this week point at the same export bug. Brief drafted — I’ve queued it above the redesign, for your sign‑off.”

— a typical summary, in your product channel

Same salary, same probation, same guarantee — whichever candidate you hire. Staff salaries don’t vary by department at junior level. Neither do ours.

Still not convinced? Good.

Interview one for real.

The walkthrough at the top of this page is scripted. These two are not.

Talk to one of our own hires, right now

The chat bubble on this page is our Support & Sales agent — one of the four candidates, not a marketing widget. Ask it anything about the offer. And watch what it does when a question is above its authority: it says so, and brings a human. That’s the product.

Watch it on a real case — 90 seconds

A recorded, unedited run: the Web agent takes a change request, gets corrected, and the correction sticks. Filmed on our own systems, not animated.

How hiring works

Hiring works like hiring.

A recruitment fee, a monthly salary, and a probation period with a number attached. No long contract before you’ve seen it work, and no software project to manage.

Day 0–3

It starts work.

We connect your shared inbox, WhatsApp number and client list, and the agent begins on the one workflow you chose. Our engineers do the setup remotely — your team’s part is about two hours.

Day 4–30

Probation. You review, it learns.

Every draft comes to your partner or manager for an approval or a correction — about ten seconds each, on WhatsApp or wherever your team already works. From day one we count how much of its work your people approve without touching. You see that number every Friday. See exactly how it learns →

Day 30

Confirm the hire — or don’t pay the balance.

We sit down with the numbers. If the share of its work approved first time hasn’t improved since day one — on your firm’s own work — you don’t confirm the hire, and the balance of the recruitment fee is never invoiced. We can offer that because the number isn’t ours to polish: it’s made of your partners’ own decisions.

Terms of hire

The same terms for every agent on the roster.

Valid for any of the four candidates
Recruitment fee AED 35,000 ≈ US$9,500 One‑off. Half to begin. Covers deployment, connection to your inbox, WhatsApp and working tools, the full 30‑day probation with weekly scorecards — and the first month’s salary.
Salary AED 4,500/month ≈ US$1,225 Begins after you confirm the hire. Month to month, cancel any time. Strategy reviews, infrastructure and reporting included. Prefer one bill? AED 45,000 a year — ten months’ price for twelve.
Probation 30 days Measured weekly, from day one, on your firm’s own work.
The probation clause, in full: from day one we measure the share of the agent’s drafts your reviewers approve unedited. If it hasn’t improved from its day‑one baseline by day 30, you don’t confirm the hire — and the balance of the recruitment fee is never invoiced. This number can’t be polished by us. It is made of your partners’ decisions.

Enclosure 2 · for regulated firms
Keep everything in‑house.

Sovereignty tier · +AED 15,000, salary ×1.5

Redacted here on purpose — we name what we can, on a call. Same rule as the rest of this page: no claim we can’t stand behind.

We’re an eight‑person software company from Sri Lanka — remote‑first, 90 minutes from Gulf time, working your business day. The record beside this is ours: a decade across finance, legal and government in five countries, with the client names held back until we’re on a call.

Behind this offer is our open research programme in agents that learn from the people they work for — we publish our methods and our measurements, which is why you won’t find a “3× productivity” claim on this page. And if you need us in person, we can be where you are on four weeks’ notice — at additional cost, priced before anyone books a flight.

Straight answers

The questions a good firm should ask.

Where does our client data go?
Into your agent’s memory and nowhere else. Each firm’s agent learns only from that firm — nothing is shared across clients, nothing trains anyone else’s system. A data‑processing agreement is part of every contract, and the sovereignty tier keeps everything on infrastructure you control, in the jurisdiction you choose.
What if it sends something wrong to a client?
It can’t — by construction, not by promise. Nothing leaves without a named person’s approval until you yourself decide to loosen that — and you only do it when the measured numbers have earned it. How much it does on its own is a setting your partners control, never something that happens to you.
Who is behind this?
Humanised Technology Solutions, an eight‑person Sri Lankan software company with a decade of finance, legal and government systems behind it, across five countries — a national stock exchange, a core banking platform, regulated lending products, the country’s first end‑to‑end digital KYC onboarding. B‑Spec is our open research programme, which publishes its methods and measurements. Our readiness workshop has been delivered to a regulated investment firm in Riyadh (named once client clearance permits). The research is public →
Why is it this affordable?
Because we’re honest about what you’re paying for. Delivery is remote, by our engineering team in Colombo — 90 minutes ahead of Gulf time, working your business day. No Dubai office is priced into your salary bill, prices are quoted net of taxes, and the founding cohort trades a locked price for referenceability. You’re paying for the system and the people who run it — not for our rent.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We’re in the UAE from October 13 to December 11, meeting founding‑cohort firms face to face, and at GITEX in December. Outside those dates, we can be where you need us on four weeks’ notice — at additional cost, priced before anyone books a flight. Everything — the sprint, the hire, the probation — runs fully remotely before, during and after; most firms start on a WhatsApp call.
What happens if we stop?
The salary is month to month — stop any time, no notice‑period games. And what the agent learned doesn’t evaporate: it lives in a written, versioned record that belongs to your firm. Making that record portable is the entire point of our research programme — which is why this isn’t lock‑in dressed up as software.
What does the probation guarantee actually say?
Half the recruitment fee starts the engagement. From day one we measure the share of the agent’s drafts your reviewers approve unedited. If it hasn’t improved from its day‑one baseline on your firm’s own work by day 30, you don’t confirm the hire — and the balance is never invoiced. The metric can’t be gamed by us: it’s made of your partners’ decisions.

Two messages on WhatsApp is enough.

Tell us the one workflow your team complains about most. We’ll tell you honestly whether an agent can take it — and if it can’t yet, we’ll say so, and you’ll have lost two messages.
