The terms we’ve already put in writing.
The full contract is being finalised with counsel. These are the commercial commitments this site makes publicly — the contract will state them, not soften them.
The probation guarantee.
Half the recruitment fee starts the engagement. From day one we measure the share of the agent’s drafts your reviewers approve unedited, on your firm’s own work. If it hasn’t improved from its day‑one baseline by day 30, you don’t confirm the hire — and the balance is never invoiced.
Month to month.
The salary begins only after you confirm the hire, and runs month to month. Stop any time — no notice‑period games, no exit fees.
What you own.
Everything the agent learns from your firm — the training record, versioned and in writing — belongs to your firm, not to us.
The sprint credit.
Hire any agent from the roster within 30 days of your Practice AI Sprint report and the entire sprint fee (AED 8,500) is credited against the recruitment fee.
