The Practice AI Sprint · the smaller first step
Before you hire, look.
Two video sessions with a partner of your firm. We map your three busiest workflows, put real staff‑hours against each, and show an agent working one of your own anonymised cases — not a demo dataset. A written report in 48 hours, and the whole fee credited if you go on to hire.
No installation, no data migration, nothing to undo afterwards. If the honest answer is that an agent can’t take your workflow yet, that goes in the report too.
How it runs
A week, two calls, one written answer.
≈ 90 min
We map the work.
A partner and whoever runs your operations walk us through the week. Together we pick the three workflows that eat the most hours — deadline chasing, document collection, unpaid invoices, first enquiries — and put your own numbers against each: who does it, how often, how long it really takes.
sessions
We put an agent on one of your cases.
You choose one workflow and hand us one anonymised case — names and identifiers removed, nothing connected to your systems. Our engineers set an agent on it exactly as it would run in your firm: drafting, showing its four parts, waiting for approval.
≈ 60 min
You watch it work, and correct it.
We replay the run together and your partner does what Ahmed does on the How‑they‑learn page: approves, corrects, watches the correction stick. Then we talk honestly about which of the three workflows an agent should take first — and whether it should take any at all.
later
The report arrives, in writing.
Everything above, on paper, in plain language — yours to keep and to argue with, whether or not you ever hire.
The engagement · in AED, net of taxes
One fee. Fully credited if you hire.
Terms of the sprint
The same terms for every firm. No tiers, no add‑ons.

- Your three workflows, mapped — who does each, how often, and the staff‑hours they truly cost.
- The agent run, annotated — what it drafted on your case, what your partner corrected, what that implies.
- Our honest recommendation — which workflow an agent should take first, or why none is ready yet.
- The numbers to check us with — the comparison against a junior hire, filled in with your figures, not ours.
Who the sprint is for
Firms that are curious but rightly careful — usually the managing partner plus the person who’d actually review the agent’s work. If you already know the workflow you want taken, skip the sprint and go straight to the offer →
