Two video sessions with a partner of your firm. We map your three busiest workflows, put real staff‑hours against each, and show an agent working one of your own anonymised cases — not a demo dataset. A written report in 48 hours, and the whole fee credited if you go on to hire.

No installation, no data migration, nothing to undo afterwards. If the honest answer is that an agent can’t take your workflow yet, that goes in the report too.

How it runs

Session 1

We map the work.

A partner and whoever runs your operations walk us through the week. Together we pick the three workflows that eat the most hours — deadline chasing, document collection, unpaid invoices, first enquiries — and put your own numbers against each: who does it, how often, how long it really takes.

Between
sessions

We put an agent on one of your cases.

You choose one workflow and hand us one anonymised case — names and identifiers removed, nothing connected to your systems. Our engineers set an agent on it exactly as it would run in your firm: drafting, showing its four parts, waiting for approval.

Session 2
≈ 60 min

You watch it work, and correct it.

We replay the run together and your partner does what Ahmed does on the How‑they‑learn page: approves, corrects, watches the correction stick. Then we talk honestly about which of the three workflows an agent should take first — and whether it should take any at all.

Everything above, on paper, in plain language — yours to keep and to argue with, whether or not you ever hire.

Terms of the sprint

The same terms for every firm. No tiers, no add‑ons.

Fee AED 8,500 ≈ US$2,300 One‑off, paid to book. Covers both sessions, the agent run on your anonymised case, and the written report.
Duration ≈ 1 week Two video sessions around your calendar; the report lands within 48 hours of session two.
Your data 1 case One anonymised case, handled under a signed data‑processing agreement — the same DPA that covers every engagement. Nothing connects to your systems.
The credit clause, in full: hire any agent from the roster within 30 days of your report, and the entire sprint fee is credited against the recruitment fee. The sprint becomes free the moment it convinces you.
